Renovation Information

If you choose to live in a first-hand new building, in addition to considering the basic needs such as location, house type, and price per square foot when choosing a unit, you also need to take the interior decoration into consideration, choose the style and layout you like, and then make fine adjustments to the details.

The following points are provided for your reference:

1. Use existing building materials and equipment

The construction materials and equipment in the first-hand new building are almost brand new, but if the unit is remodeled only because of dissatisfaction, it will not only cause a waste of resources, but will also cost additional basic costs, such as engineering fees for demolition, cleaning facilities, etc. The cost of the required project, as well as the cost of redecoration, the total cost of everything may be beyond imagination, and may even exceed the cost of the original simple addition project.

2. Avoid moving compartments during renovation

In addition to using existing building materials and equipment, if the compartment does not meet the requirements, it will cost a lot of money to modify the compartment. If you want to save money on decoration, you should try to move as little as possible to the unit compartment.

3. Leave the kitchen and bathroom untouched

If you really need to move to the cubicle, be sure to avoid using the kitchen and bathroom. Remodeling the location of the kitchen and bathroom involves moving the water pipes and electrical circuits. The project is huge, and once dismantled, the building materials and equipment attached by the builder will have to be replaced again. The cost is more expensive than the usual two rooms.
